Timeline Advisers provides advisory services to (1) companies seeking financing and (2) owners whose companies may be sold or acquired at some future date. Although much of the thought process for preparing a company for a financing is similar to that for a company that is being sold, there are distinctions that arise from different perspectives. For companies seeking a financing, review and preparation is done with the perspective of a potential investor.
